Golden Oyster Mushroom

Aspect:
The golden oyster mushroom grows in dense clusters and owes its name to its intense yellow color. The cap is yellow, funnel-shaped and 2 to 5 centimeters wide, its stem is short, smooth and light yellow. When cut, the flesh inside is white.
Taste:
The golden oyster mushroom has a fresh and fruity, slightly sourish taste when raw, similiar to lemons. Taste improves when cooked.
Preparation:
Golden oyster mushrooms can be used raw and cooked in the most diverse regional dishes. A dash of lemon enhances the taste of the mushroom. The golden oyster mushroom is an excellent side order for poultry or fish.

Golden oyster mushrooms can be stored in a cool place or fridge, which preserves them during up to 7 days. Drying.
